Summed Up Canon info (all organized and stuff):

Personality/Background: Caring, kind, and stubborn. Rabi has the ability to fly using her bunny ears ("Bunnycopter"). Rabi can also use h er ears as good combat weapons. Bunny ear fists, lol. She won't abandon anyone in trouble and she is always welcome to new friends. She even carries a soft spot for her rivals and wants to be friends with them. She is also quite smart, achieving pretty good grades in school. But she still has youth naivete. She harbors the personality that seems to appeal to the masses, which is what she aims for as an idol. She absolutely hates being called Usada. She can have a tendency to get angry easily, especially if she is being made fun of for her real name. But she isn't and will never be as nearly as aggressive as Dejiko. This Rabi (original series) is able to move her ears at will (thus implying that they're real when she's in her tranformation). DIRT POOR. REALLY POOR. She was abandoned at a young age to be an idol, only given a pair of dice when her parents left for America. This is probably why she had to rival so much with Dejiko (Di Gi Charat) and the others and act all confident and such; she had to do her hardest to get out of her slump she called a life. Her eyesight sucks so she wears glasses when she's in human form and contacts as Rabi. Rabi is an overall a determined person. She really tries to keep her secret other life separate from the idol one, she only tells it to people she thinks she could trust. But only if she feels as if she has to.

Special Abilities (AGAIN: This info is all canon and the only series I find canon are with the original anime series. Not Panyo Panyo (even though she only appeared once), Winter Garden, or Nyo.):

Bunnycopter: As the name kinda implies, she flies like a helicopter with her ears.

Eared Combat lol: Rabi's ears do some weird things. She can even use them to sorta fight!

Kappa: Her little "minions", if you will. Kappa are actually one of Japan's mythological creatures. Kappa live in the water and are supposedly devious and mischeivious by nature. For some reason, Rabi's Kappa friends aren't like that and do whatever bidding Rabi asks. All she has to do is summon/call them.

Weapons: In the original anime series, Rabi can be seen being able to use numerous kinds of guns. In my opinion, this doesn't really suit her character. But hey, she apparently does it. I don't know why she never used these against Dejiko o o.

In the original anime series, it's implied that Usada tranforms into Rabi~En~Rose magically with dice or something. Since her ears do things AS IF they were real, I'm a thinkin' they are. In other series, they make it seem like she transforms but really just carries around the costume and changes. Bah, that's the thing about spin offs. Not that Nyo is bad or anything, it's an alternate story. Of course, she's a normal human but whenever she's Rabi~En~Rose, she is offically a bunny girl. I'm just gonna keep sticking to that XD (because it's actually all kinda confusing and mixed up in the alternate stories, etc).

Island Rabi Info:

As said above, the Island Rabi is the canon Rabi.

Now that she's on the ISLAND, she figured there was no point in keeping up the idol act and decided to act like her true self but still keeping true to her Rabi alter ego. If there's one thing she doesn't want is to be exposed O O. Everyone seems to like to just call her Rabi rather than Rabi~En~Rose, each saying that it's a long name.

Relationships:

Peach: One of the first islanders she met. Rabi~En~Rose admires her character for not trying to feed on her princess title. Something Rabi couldn't afford to do at home. They've helped each other out at times. Best friend.

Luke fon Fabre: Rabi didn't know too much about Luke until they had their blind date. Of course, she didn't think that this was gonna be a love relationship, but rather a pretty decent friendship. She secretly thinks he could use a little attitude adjustment but she hardly minds it and sucks it up. She had to deal with worse back at home! And then there's Kururu. Overall, she respects Luke and enjoys his company. Secretly, she used to have a small crush on him. However, she realized it probably wouldn't work for a few reasons. Mainly because she realizes Anise likes him, that Luke is very oblivious of the subject, and doesn't want to ruin the friendship.

Anise Tatlin: Rabi met Anise when she discovered that REALLY obscure Van calander pic. They got to know each other and Rabi thinks they're pretty good friends. For Anise's birthday, Rabi worked hard and baked her a special cake to show this friendship. She loves her Tokunaga.

Guy Cecil: This is a slightly awkward relationship. At the moment, it's just an aquaintance. Rabi was unsure of what Guy's "problem" was until recently; taking his reations offensively at one point. She finds it hard to really get to know him since she now tries to not initiate his gynophobia.

Shirley Fennete: A good friend she met recently. Rabi thinks Shirley is sweet and kind. Overall, a pleasant person.

Keichii: <3<3<3<3

Kururu: HATE. HAAATE. HATE THAT BLACKMAILING DEMON FROG. STOOOP TAKING SLANDEROUS PICTURES. Kururu brings out the worst in Rabi with his assholy-ness.
